If you come across a competitor's offer on Laser and Skin treatments (psst... products, Cosmetic Injecting, Mole & Skin Tag removal treatments, and gift vouchers are excluded), we'll match that price. It's as simple as that! We want to make sure you're always getting the most bang for your buck.
So, if you stumble upon a tempting offer elsewhere, all you need to do is take a screenshot or snap a quick photo and make note of the date. Our amazing team will need that info to validate the price match and make sure you're all set.
Now, there are a few things to keep in mind to be eligible for our Price Match Guarantee:
The competitor offer needs to be for an identical or equivalent Laser or Skin treatment. We want to make sure you're comparing apples to apples!
The offer must be valid at the time of the photo or screenshot and when you're making your booking or purchase. That way, we're ensuring you're getting the best deal in the here and now.
Lastly, the offer must come from a chain competitor clinic within a 15km radius of your chosen Clear Skincare Clinic. We'll give you the scoop on what we mean by "chain competitors" in the Q&A section below if you're curious.
