Our Exfoliating Mitt with natural hemp is rougher than a standard washcloth, but soft enough for daily use.Wet mitt, pour a small amount of body wash onto mitt and rub over the body in circular movements to soften skin. For especially rough areas like elbows & heels increase pressure applied, but for more delicate areas apply gentle pressure.
