Dispatch timeframes

Orders are dispatched within 48 hrs of order placement with the exclusion of weekends and public holidays. Please note during peak periods, dispatch times may be longer (e.g., sales, day after public holidays).


Shipping timeframes

After your order has been dispatched, the below are shipping times with our transport provider:

Delivery Method
Standard Australia Post eParcel.

Cost $15 or FREE on orders over $75.

All of NZ: 5-6 business days from dispatch


Delivery Notification

Once we have fulfilled your order you will receive a confirmation email. A secondary email will then be received once your order is dispatched from AusPost eParcel to notify you that it's on its way. It will include your tracking number.


Return Shipping

Please contact with order number and reason for return requested. Upon approval from CSC, please return to your nearest store for exchange or refund.


Delivery instructions
All orders will be shipped with Authority to Leave (ATL). ATL deliveries authorise the delivery driver to leave your parcel in a safe location at the delivery address. Alternatively, you can opt to have your order delivered to a P.O Box or secure Australia Post Parcel Locker.


What is deemed a safe place?

‘Safe places’ are considered a secure location at your delivery address where your order is hidden from plain view. A safe place can differ between properties dependent on Courier accessibility. Generally, orders left without a signature may be left behind bins, in power boxes, at your back door or porch area and/or near letterboxes.


Collecting Delivery
Anyone who is present at the time of delivery can accept your parcel. If no one is available, Star Track will leave written instructions on how you can collect your parcel. If you do not pick up your parcel in the required time as stated on the card from Star Track your parcel will be sent back to Clear Skincare and we will refund the cost of the products, you ordered less the shipping and handling fee. You may then choose to place another order with us.


Missing Delivery
You will be sent a parcel tracking code when your order is confirmed. You can check the status of your delivery via AusPost
Track your items - Australia Post ( or call on 13 23 45 and quote your tracking number.
